Fish Out of Water

There’s that little guy
Flopping around on the rock
Taking in his final gasps
Dying by hook and shock

He doesn’t know he’ll be breaded
and fried up in a greasy pan
He thinks if he bounces enough
He’ll extend his lifespan

He’s a fish out of water
I’m not throwing him back
A fish out of water
Gonna eat him with a flapjack
Fish out of water
I outsmarted him with my bait
Poor fish out of water
My belly is his fate.
